Design paper cartridge and iron ramrod

Introduction of paper cartridge increased rate of musket fire significantly. Before this invention a shooter had to fill the barrel with gunpowder from a measure tube, then flatten and cork it with a wad, and put a bullet into the barrel. All these operations took too much time, so the rate of fire was low. After introduction of paper cartridge, a shooter had just to put a ready-made cartridge into the barrel. In that way reload time became shorter.
